These terms govern your use of the reflexsatiptv.store website and the Reflexsat IPTV subscription service. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Reflexsat IPTV provides an internet-based television streaming subscription (IPTV) that gives access to live channels and on-demand content through compatible third-party player applications. We do not sell or supply hardware or player apps.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Orders and activation

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. Your subscription begins when it is activated and your login details are sent to you. The subscription period (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) is calculated from the activation date.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on our pricing page in USD. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect a subscription you have already paid for. Payment must be completed before activation. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.

5. Connections and account use

  • Each standard plan includes one connection (one stream at a time) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Your login details are for your personal, non-commercial use within your household.
  • Reselling, sharing or publicly displaying the service, or using it in commercial premises, is not permitted without our written agreement.
  • We may suspend accounts that exceed the permitted connections or show signs of sharing or abuse.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a suitable internet connection and compatible device, and for any third-party fees such as internet charges or player app activation fees. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws and regulations of the country in which you use it.

7. Service availability and content

We work hard to provide a reliable, high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control, including problems with your internet provider. Channel line-ups, on-demand titles and programme guide data may change at any time and specific content is not guaranteed.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you breach these terms, including sharing your account, abusive behaviour towards our staff, fraudulent payments or attempting to interfere with our systems.

10. Intellectual property

All content on reflexsatiptv.store, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Reflexsat IPTV unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reflexsat IPTV is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from your internet connection, devices, third-party apps or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
